Replacement fee for lost, damaged or stolen iPad.
Replacement iPad issued to MA Social Work students in line with the student agreement and iPad replacement policy which you can view by clicking here.
The payment you are about to make is to cover administrative charges related to the cost of replacing your iPad. Before you make the payment, please ensure you have done the following:
- Reported your lost or stolen iPad to University Security
- Reported your lost, stolen or damaged iPad to IT Services
- Completed an Incident Report Form
Please remember to print off a copy of your receipt once the payment has been made. Without this, we will not be able to replace your iPad.
