Pharmacogenomics is increasingly being recognised as a valuable way of reducing adverse drug reactions and improving drug effectiveness. This course aims to deliver up-to-date knowledge on how pharmacogenomics can be applied in clinical practice. The primary beneficiaries of the course will be drug prescribers with limited knowledge of pharmacogenomics. This course will be especially valuable for pharmacists, GPs and hospital physicians and nurse prescribers. 

This in-person course facilitates opportunity for informal interaction and discussion with experts from across Europe. The faculty combines experts from genetics, pharmacology, pharmacy, laboratory science, all known for their teaching skills.

We are delighted to announce the European Society of Human Genetics Syndromology and Dysmorphology Course taking place this October in Manchester, UK.

This course is primarily aimed at Clinical Geneticists in training, but will also be suitable for clinicians from other specialties interested in the field. The curriculum will cover clinical approach, dysmorphology, genomics, mechanisms, treatments and the patient voice in genomic syndromology. There will also be some opportunity to present distinctive, solved or unsolved, cases of dysmorphic genetic syndromes.
