Full Academic Transcript

Your transcript lists the modules taken, credit value and grades achieved during your studies. It's an official document containing a full record of your confirmed academic results and can be used for third party verification purposes. It's printed on official parchment paper containing watermarks and other security features.

Interim Transcript

An interim transcript lists the modules taken, credit value and grades achieved during your studies. Official copies of your interim transcript are available to undergraduate students only and contain results that have been validated by an Examination Board. Provisional results will not appear so you should contact your School/Department for confirmation of these if needed.

Currently we are able to offer the online store Academic Transcript service to University of Manchester graduates who graduated after October 2004

Important Information: Student Services do not provide transcripts for the following degree courses

Courses Affiliated to the University (i.e. Royal College of Nursing, Institute for Financial Services, Arden School of Theatre etc.) - Students should contact the relevant institution they carried out their studies

Manchester School of Architecture (UGRD/PGT) - If you have graduated with an Undergraduate or Postgraduate Taught degree / award after 1996 please contact Manchester Metropolitan University. If you graduated prior to 1997 or you completed a Postgraduate Research Degree please order below.

Transcripts cost £20 for three copies per degree.  ***Please read the Important Information above before placing your order to ensure we can produce your academic transcript***

Order Times

Transcript for those who have graduated since 2007 will take up to 4 weeks to process, for those who have graduated prior 2007 and after October 2004 the process may take significantly longer and you should allow up to 8 weeks for these to be dispatched.

You will be notified via the email address supplied when your transcripts have been dispatched or when they are ready for collection.

If you have opted for courier delivery then tracking information will also be forwarded to you via email.
