Additional InformationLEAP courses - School of Arts, Languages and Cultures - The University of Manchester Fees for the standard 23-week courses can be paid in one or two instalments (half on enrolment and the other half in January). POLICY ON REFUNDS: Refunds are only made up to two weeks after the start of the course (one week for one-semester only courses) and will incur an administrative charge of £30.00. After this period, refunds are not made unless there are extraordinary, well-documented circumstances.
