Student fees are available only to people enrolled as Bachelor’s (BA), Master’s (MA), or PhD students. PhD candidates remain eligible only until they have formally received their PhD certificate. Postdoctoral researchers and people employed in postdoctoral positions are not eligible for the student rate.
The low-income rate is available with either regular or student registration. It is self-declared, and no supporting financial documentation is required. It is intended for participants for whom paying the standard fee would create a significant financial barrier. Relevant circumstances may include precarious, fractional, low-paid, or unpaid employment; unemployment or underemployment; or other personal, professional, or socioeconomic circumstances. This list is not exhaustive, and we ask participants to select the reduced rate in good faith.
