Process for Image Requests

1. The first stage is to complete our Image Reproduction form and return it to the Museum by email. Please complete all sections, as this information is needed in order to provide you with a quotation for the image fees.

2. You will then receive a quotation. To proceed, you need to approve the quote and send a copy back to the gallery by email.

3. After steps 1 and 2 have been completed , please make the payment by entering the agreed amount on the field above.

Charge for new photography	Based on cost to Gallery – minimum charge £45.00 per item
Image Fee: High-resolution TIFF from archive – sent via Dropsend	£30.00 per image
High-resolution TIFF – scanned from transparency – sent via Dropsend	£40.00 per image

 

All charges relating to the Image Reproduction Service are subject to revision without prior notification
