Many organisations hold a variety of different recruitment events using various formats, such as presentations, networking evenings and drop-in sessions. These are an ideal way to introduce students to your organisation and tell them about your vacancies. By talking directly to your target audience, you can also encourage early applications.

• Autumn - Around 100 companies hold an event throughout October and November.
• Spring - Around 15 companies hold an event throughout February and March.

Most recruiter events are in the evening, or at lunchtime, with attendance averaging 20 and rising to over 200 for some of the most popular events.
