The Manchester Forum in Linguistics (MFiL) is an annual conference aimed at early career researchers in all fields of Linguistics, organized by postgraduate students in the Department of Linguistics and English Language at the University of Manchester. The purpose of the conference is to share current research, results and problems through presentations and networking, as well as to provide information and advice for postgraduate students in the early stages of their careers.
