First launched in Manchester in 1980, the conference returns to its RADMA birthplace for the first time in 15 years, bringing together leading academics, managers, and practitioners in R&D, technology, and innovation management.

The 2026 conference will examine how creativity and resilience at individual, organisational, ecosystem, and societal levels shape our ability to navigate and harness technological disruption.
