Course Description

Power Yoga ia a dynamic class that is fun as well as physically and mentally beneficial, it builds strength, flexibility and balance through a series of sequenced postures. During the course you will learn inversion poses such as , head and hand stands.

This class is recommended for people who are fairly fit and have done a little yoga before.
