Can I use the site if I am not a student or staff member?

The site is on the worldwide web and can be accessed by anyone.

When I am buying can I change my mind as I go?

You can add and delete items in the shopping basket. Once you submit from the payment screen, your order will be placed.

Is there a limit to what I can buy from the store?

In certain cases, there may be limits per customer. Information will be in the product description for these items.

Confirmation of my order

When you have purchased goods or a service from the online store, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on registering, showing items ordered and payment made.

Can I get an item delivered to a different address to the card holder?

Yes, as long as the address is added to your account.

Can I log out of the system?

When you reach the confirmation screen you are automatically logged out of your account, if you wish to log out before that go to 'My Account' at the top of the screen press on the 'click here' link.

Will I have a tracking order number?

Information regarding delivery will be in the product description. 

How long will I wait for my goods?

You will find the delivery details against the item you have purchased in the on-line store and in your confirmation e-mail.
